At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via phone or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is disassembled and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will help you coordinate a freight pickup for large items or provide a shipping label for smaller parcels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspections team confirms the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
